Luke Basler
Luke, an experienced professional in the construction industry, initially demonstrated his entrepreneurial expertise by successfully leading his own excavating and construction company out of state. Upon relocating to Phoenix, he seamlessly transitioned into real estate development, collaborating closely with local builders and investors to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the southwest building practices.
Recognizing a market gap for reliable and trustworthy contractors, Luke founded his home building and sitework company. His dedication to excellence is evident in the complete ground-up services his business provides, covering everything from infrastructure to final build-out. Luke’s adaptability, coupled with a proactive “can-do” attitude, defines his approach to every project.
As a holder of various licenses, including a residential/commercial KB1 general contractor’s license, CR-80 underground pipe laying license, active Arizona real estate license, truck and coach mechanics license, and CDL driver’s license, Luke brings a multifaceted skill set to ensure the highest standards in every detail of construction.
Our History
Our company began with smaller renovations, home flips and addition projects. We then expanded into custom new build homes, real estate developments and multi-family projects in the Phoenix area. After seeing the need for a reliable sitework company in the Valley, we decided to introduce our Pro-Terra Sitework division with a fleet of machinery. Working together with our building division, we can offer turn key building and sitework services for our clients.
